Brad S. Telander

Brad Telander’s 40-year career began in 1983 as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Cook County, where he practiced for over eight years. There, Brad tried and won cases ranging in severity from misdemeanors to felonies— including numerous murder cases. He also served as a Gang Crimes prosecutor during this period. Following Cook County, Brad broadened his legal experience when he worked as an in-house staff attorney for the Chicago and North Western Railway performing extensive litigation work before moving on to establish Telander & Telander Attorneys at Law. Brad defends a vast range of cases including traffic, misdemeanor, and felony — handling his cases from inception to disposition. Over the course of Brad’s long and diverse career, he has benefited from his many experiences, garnering a profound understanding of the law and its practice.
